Bendix TA12 RAF WW2 Military Aircraft HF Transmitter Radio TYPE: D
Used transmitter, as received by us, untested and sold as is. Doesn't look to be modified, looks to all be there. Some light corrosion from storage. Controls feel ok, the roller coaster control looks to be there, but needs attention. With a bit of work this will make a nice example of this famous transmitter.
Manufactured by Bendix during WW2 this model transmitter was famously used on the Canadian built Lancaster.
Normally these transmitters are modified to death, this one still has the original socket on the side and looks to have been spared.
If you need the connector for the side of the transmitter, these are easily available from the USA.
The transmitter is sold as is, offered for restoration, the one shown is the one you will be sent.
